  Waited for a very long time. Doctor rushed me. When I told her why I was in the office she asked my "why are you having these problems?" My reply was "ummmm...that is why I am here. If I knew that I wouldn't have to waste a copay." I was seen in this office years ago for hearing loss and they told me that I was fine. I was back in the office 5 years later and was told that my hearing is fine and that I might have a hard time understanding but that I can hear fine. I explained that I can hear fine unless there is outside noise and then I really struggle where other people do not. I asked for a deep cleaning and she acted as if she were hard of hearing and she did do it nor did she explain why she wouldn't do it. I was also seen for problems with my nose. Dr told me that my prescription was sent over to pharmacy and it was not. AVOID this place. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.
